The same contract on every service

- https://erapi.erp.tr/api/v1/… — one route group per category (dogrulama, arac, turkiye, finans)

- Rate limit
- 120 requests per minute per IP; 429 with the RATE_LIMITED code when exceeded
- CORS
- Open to all origins — callable straight from the browser

- No API key required at this stage; credit metering is off
- Currency
- Rates are read from data published by TCMB (Central Bank of Turkey)
